Shipping Our Elephant Ears Bulbs

We start shipping our elephant ear bulbs out during March up to August until stock runs out. Orders can be placed year-round on our website. Once we ship out your order you will receive a tracking number. We ship with UPS, FedEx or USPS from Michigan.

Shipping Rates
We charge a flat rate of $9.20 for orders that are not eligible for free shipping. To qualify for free shipping your order total must be $75.00 or more (after discounts are applied.)

Missing/Lost Packages
For all questions regarding the whereabouts of a package once it's on the way, please first review the tracking information and check the status with the carrier.

FedEx, UPS and USPS are currently experiencing many delays related to COVID-19 and lack of staffing. If the tracking information for your package does not show any movement for fourteen (14) business days, we are happy to work with you directly on a resolution! More often than not, packages are either accidentally delivered to a neighboring address, or the item ends up delivered after a slight delay. In the meantime, it is recommended to check with neighbors and/or contact the carrier with your tracking number to see if they can provide any additional information regarding your package.

Shipping outside the USA
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States.

We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or U.S. Territories.
